Ryan Parker Music Teacher
Ryan Parker is a passionate and versatile music teacher who has found himself singing Yellow Submarine with a classroom of kindergarteners, improvising rhythms over the blues with fifth graders, and conducting a contemporary classical work with a middle school string orchestra in their spring concert. He is currently a public elementary school music teacher in Brooklyn, NY, and also teaches private guitar lessons.
Ryan Parker came to me with an idea to reach out to a younger educational audience with his website, while still having the full functionality of a CMS website. The design I came up with was a clean stage showcasing music and color, as well as some great photos of Ryan teaching. The challenge was to create a website that children would respond well to, while offering something sophisticated enough for parents.
